Guildwars was designed to be played using 56k dial up and does very well in this reguard. It's the updates that get pushed that uses a lot of bandwidth for patching.

I can't say for certain just how much bandwidth GW will use over 30 day's, but I was online yesterday for 5 straight hours and registered just under 40MB usage.

I think it's safe to say that if you're on for 150hrs per month then you're quite within your limits. You'll only be using around the 300MB-400MB mark, although that won't include any updates that are put out.
